I want to make these early and keep them frozen for a simple breakfast or bite!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sunny D of any flavor. Or on the other hand some squeezed orange.
1 Cup unsweetened frozen berries. I don't thaw the berries before using.
6-8 oz. of yogurt, any flavor.
1 banana
Directions:
Mix yogurt, juice, and banana on low speed. Add frozen fruit, and mix until smooth. Include ice cubes and mix until the smoothie is at the surface that you like.
