Love treats and cream? Me as well. This is my cheats keto-accommodating rendition in a milkshake. It takes five minutes to make so ideal for in case you're a bustling honey bee or battle to have breakfast.

This sans sugar Keto Cookies and Cream Milkshake will keep you full as it's high in healthy fats. I surmise you could likewise consider it a "Fat Bomb Milkshake". It's one of my preferred approaches to fuel my morning. I trust you appreciate it as well.

Need to change over it into a solidified treat? Simply include a scoop of our no-churn keto Vanilla Ice Cream or Cookies and Cream Ice-Cream. Or then again to keep it too basic, include a couple of frozen cube almond milk, coconut milk or water and mix with the rest of the fixings. Along these lines, you'll get excessively rich and foamy shake that suggests a flavor like frozen yogurt!

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut milk (180 ml/6 oz)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any nut or seed milk (240 ml/8 fl oz)

2 tbsp almond spread, ideally roasted or sunflower seed butter (32 g/1.1 oz)

1 tsp vanilla powder or without sugar vanilla concentrate

1-2 tsp powdered Erythritol, Swerve or few drops of stevia

1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (40 g/1.4 oz)

2 large squares of dim chocolate (in any event 85%), ground (20 g/0.7 oz)

Optional: few ice cubes or frozen cubes of almond milk

2 tbsp whipped cream or coconut cream for garnish

Direction:

1. Place every one of the ingredients for the smoothie (aside from what you use for fixing) together in a fast blender and rush until smooth. The more you rush the thicker it gets. Don't hesitate to simply rush across the board go, or save some ground chocolate, walnuts and almond spread for garnish.

2. In another bowl, prepare the cream for the garnish. Use at least half to 1 cup of cream for an easy beating. Any remaining whipped cream can be kept in the fridge in a sealed for up to days.

3. Pour the shake into serving glasses and top each with a tablespoon of whipped cream. Sprinkle with the saved ground chocolate, crumbled walnuts, and shower with the rest of the almond butter. Tastes best when served new.
